Refund
An unconditional refund can be made within 48 hours after the Company’s bank receives the full payment, provided that the products have not yet begun shipping (i.e., the products have not been collected by the freight company from our local stores).
Please note that any service fees charged by third parties, such as card transaction fees or payment processing fees, will be subtracted from the refund amount. These fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges and Return
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. The cost of returning the products (e.g., shipping cost) will be borne by the purchaser.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and free from any damage.
- Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any tags, manuals, or accessories that came with the product.
- Proof of Purchase: You will need to provide the invoice or proof of purchase when requesting an exchange or return.
- Return Timeframe: Returns must be made within 15 business days of receiving your order.
Note: The customer will be responsible for returning any item to the closest warehouse at their own cost. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact the Company for the nearest return address.
